How to use 

Twist the capsule open and dispense the contents directly into your palm. Using your fingertips, gently smooth the product over your skin in the evening. Follow with a moisturizer or any other treatment, if desired. Use once daily, adjusting as needed. For sensitive skin, start by using 2-3 times a week, then gradually increase usage to once daily as tolerated.
