Villa Skincare was founded by Dr. S. Ahmed, a highly experienced NHS General Practitioner, GP partner, and trained aesthetics doctor with over 15 years of clinical experience.
A graduate of the University of Sheffield (MBChB, 2009), Dr. Ahmed has worked across a wide range of medical and surgical specialties — including acute medicine, neurosurgery, vascular surgery, obstetrics and gynaecology, and elderly care. In her ongoing NHS role, she also holds specialist interests in substance misuse & menopause.
Her journey into aesthetic medicine began in 2017, driven by a genuine passion for skin health. She recognised the powerful role that evidence-based skincare plays in preventing and managing skin conditions, as well as maintaining long-term skin health.
