Refund policy
Returns Policy:
Time Frame: Customers can return items within 5 days of receipt.
Eligibility: Only items that are unused and in original packaging may be returned. Sale items are final sale. We cannot accept returns on opened products.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at admin@villaskincare.com for a return authorization number. All returned items are inspected before processing a refund. You will receive an email confirmation upon receiving the item, followed by another email after inspection notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please make sure that all returned items are in their original packaging and securely packed to prevent damage during transit. We recommend using recorded delivery for returns, as we cannot take responsibility for items that do not reach us.
Damaged Items: If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Your notification should include the Buyer's name, the quantity and description of the item(s), photographic evidence, as well as the invoice number and date. This information is required for a full refund or exchange.
If the Company accepts liability, its sole responsibility will be, at its discretion, to either replace any goods that are deemed damaged or defective, address any shortages or non-deliveries, or issue a refund for the cost of those goods through a credit note.
