How To Use
After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad with iS Clinical Daily Active Smoothing Toner and gently sweep over the face and neck, avoiding the delicate eye area.
Alternatively, apply the toner to clean fingertips and gently pat into the skin.
Do not rinse.
Follow with your recommended serum and moisturiser or hydrator.
